Established in 2005, Pacific Highlands is a single-family residence community located in the city of Ferndale, Washington, in northwestern Whatcom County, approximately 15 miles from the US-Canadian border. Map it! The community consists of 170 home sites, two parks with playgrounds, walking trails, a tennis court, and numerous wetlands. The Pacific Highlands Homeowners Association is a registered not-for-profit organization. The goal of the Association is to protect and preserve the value of Pacific Highlands, both privately and in common areas, and to foster confidence, security, trust, and unity in an enriched lifestyle for all of our homeowners. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors, elected bi-annually from and by the homeowners. The Association is managed by officers, including a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer, all of whom are approved by the Board.
